Executive briefing is the core of my work at YPO, a global organisation of chief executives. I run 10 to 20 briefings, board meetings and executive sessions a month for a region of 1,800 executives, and I own them end to end, from the first request to the follow-up.
A great briefing starts long before the day, with the executive's objectives, the right speakers and an agenda that tells a clear story. Done well, leaders leave with confidence, not just information. This is how I run every one.
Intake and triage run on a rotation across time zones: a team rota, cover with peer Regional Directors in EMEA and APAC, hand-offs with YPO's US-based global HQ, and a named team member triaging while I'm at events. I also write the speeches CEOs give, from intimate Regional Board settings to audiences of 250.
A high-volume calendar across many countries and time zones. I own the calendar and the capacity planning behind it, and attend and brief board meetings with executive leaders across EMEA and APAC.
I plan meetings with colleagues to move priority prospects and deals forward, and report how our meetings and events influence recruitment, renewals and revenue, tracked in Salesforce. My region has brought in just under $70M over my tenure as Regional Director.
A region of 1,800 executives across many countries needs one answer on process, and the same quality wherever members meet us. I build the playbooks and tools that keep it consistent, and leave room for how each market works.
Process and guidance in one place, built with AI in three weeks against a three-month plan. 100% of chapters use it, and questions to my team are down 30%.
The session model I built for chapter leadership teams was adopted across regions, and is now YPO's standard global session.
I coach chapter officers into regional executive roles, with a regional executive playbook for onboarding, processes and tenure objectives. Applicants are up 600%, and attendance at the global coaching sessions reached 100% in FY25-26. I also onboard and coach team members, trainers and contractors across locations.
I track and report briefing volume, coverage, capacity and allocation in our AI dashboard and Tableau, and pipeline in Salesforce. As a PMP, I run programmes with project plans, milestones, a risk register and status reports to senior stakeholders.
My first 90 days, with four ideas I'd bring from YPO.
Agree what success looks like, and see how briefings really run today.
Measured bySuccess measures agreed, baseline captured, first briefings delivered.
Own the local calendar, intake and SLAs against the global criteria.
Measured byRequests decided within the SLA, speaker load, follow-ups sent on time.
Take the pilots that worked to the wider programme.
Measured byCoverage, pipeline influenced, and results and recommendations for the global playbook.
I use AI to prepare our board meetings, from the agenda to the follow-up, and I help senior leaders evaluate and adopt AI products, from use cases to pilots and rollout.
I'm Paige Elizabeth Morgan, YPO's Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa. I run executive briefings and board meetings for a region of 1,800 executives, and I'm YPO's AI Champion: a facilitator, learning designer and PMP-certified programme lead. From Wales, based in London. Full right to work in the UK
For my 10th birthday, I begged for a Filofax. I still carry one everywhere, and that love of planning, systems and being organised is what I've built my career on.
Today it shows up in executive briefing, the core of my work at YPO. I run 10 to 20 briefings, board meetings and executive sessions a month, and own the calendar, the intake and the capacity planning behind them. The executive board meetings I design are rated 4.8–4.9/5, the highest in YPO globally. See how I run them
The other half of my work is AI. I started working alongside top CEOs to deliver AI to YPO members, then brought it into my own work and became YPO's AI Champion. I set up Claude agents across my role, and my management team now train others as AI Champions. Sharing our use cases led to enterprise adoption and an AI policy, and I'm now piloting AI workflows for all of YPO.
I run my region like a commercial team. I use Salesforce to turn prospects into chapter members and, ultimately, regional champions, and since I became Regional Director I've led my team to meet or exceed every KPI.

Ministry of Education, UAE
Focused on adult learning methodology. Lead researcher on digital learning and virtual train-the-trainer delivery.
Hands on, not just in the training room: I've built on an LLM API, connect AI tools to Microsoft 365, Canva and Monday.com through MCP connectors, and track usage-based AI spend and adoption.
Every idea starts as a pilot with a baseline and a success measure. I test it in MENA, make a go/no-go decision, then scale what works across YPO. How I prove value
Spotted that chapters weren't equipped to onboard members, redesigned the process and piloted YPO's new programme, rated 4.9/5.
Designed for chapter leadership teams, and tested in MENA first.
Co-built with YPO's global Learning team, and piloted in MENA.
Claude agents and AI workflows tested in my own role first, which led to enterprise adoption.
“AI should strive to enhance us, not replace us.”
As YPO's AI Champion, I help colleagues and CEOs use AI with confidence, good judgement and safety.
My AI session for executive teams, packaged so any trainer can run it: a deck with a full script, a participant workbook and a facilitator guide.
Built for the fictional PMO Enterprises, entirely with AI. See how in Real use cases.
I trained my MENA management team, who now train others as AI Champions, and I support Regional Directors across EMEA and APAC and teams across YPO. My Oxford MSc in how adults learn shapes every session.
Six ways I use AI at work, and what they delivered together. Where the original is confidential, I've rebuilt it for a fictional company, PMO Enterprises.
Together, these use cases delivered this.
My AI session for executive teams, packaged as a train-the-trainer kit: a 21-slide deck with a full script, a participant workbook and a facilitator guide, all created with AI.
One place for everything a chapter leader needs, built with AI. The live playbook is internal and secure, so I've rebuilt a sample.
Resources were scattered, so leaders kept asking the regional office.
An AI-built web playbook with a live dashboard and an assistant, piloted with leadership, then rolled out to every chair.
Used by 100% of chapters, with 30% fewer questions to management.
Ten sources brought into one report, ranked by which chapters need support first. The sample uses a fictional company.
Ten sources in ten formats, and no view of who needed support first.
One report on a fixed refresh, with a concern score and a profile for every chapter.
Regional Chairs get one link before every visit, with a clear focus.
Every board meeting deliverable built with AI, from the agenda to the follow-up. Rated 4.8–4.9 out of 5, with a record score in Cyprus in June 2026. The materials belong to YPO members, so they aren't shared here.
I treat AI like a new team member: it gets the context, the tools and access to where the work lives, and I check its work. These are the workflows I run every week.
YPO's members are its customers, and I manage their whole lifecycle in Salesforce, from prospect to regional champion. Every chapter board has a success plan and a quarterly review, much like a QBR. It's a sales pipeline and a customer lifecycle in one, so it's where agents add the most value. These are the agents I'd put to work along it.
Drafts a personal follow-up for each new prospect in Salesforce, and flags anyone who has stalled.
Human check: I approve every message.
Pipeline and conversionBuilds each new member's first-90-days plan, and nudges officers when a step is due.
Human check: the onboarding officer owns the plan.
Onboarding and adoptionSpots members who've stopped taking part, and flags renewal risk early, from engagement, attendance and satisfaction data.
Human check: chairs decide who to call.
Churn and under-useSpots members ready for a board or regional role, and briefs the Regional Chair.
Human check: appointments stay a people decision.
Expansion and advocacyTurns ten data sources into a one-page brief before each visit and quarterly review.
Human check: I check every number.
Account and success planningCompares draft bylaws with regional policy, and suggests wording for the gaps.
Human check: the board approves every change.
Governance and complianceMany organisations hand out licences, run a prompt workshop and see little change. I embed AI into everyday work, safely and effectively, by building AI fluency across the workplace.
People work with AI in three ways. A good strategy moves them through all three, at a safe pace.
AI carries out a specific task, following your instructions.
You and AI work together, each bringing what the other can't.
AI carries out future tasks on your behalf, within limits you define.
The three modes and the four Ds I teach come from the AI Fluency Framework by Rick Dakan, Joseph Feller and Anthropic, shared under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Understand how work really gets done, and agree what success looks like.
Measured byBaseline captured, three teams engaged, programme plan and risk register signed off by the sponsor.
Prove value on a few workflows, and build the people who will spread it.
Measured byActivation in pilot teams, session ratings, champions trained.
Show the impact in numbers, and make the new way of working the default.
Measured byWeekly active use, hours saved, confidence, workflows in daily use.
Licences and attendance don't prove anything. I measure whether people actually use AI and the benefits it delivers, the same way I run every pilot at YPO.
My onboarding pilot was rated 4.9/5, and I now advise YPO's global onboarding team.
100% of chapters use my AI-built playbook, and questions to my team are down 30%.
One project delivered in two weeks instead of five months, using AI.
One academy for everyone, and one for the Champions who keep it growing.
Teaching every team to use AI in their daily work.
Your Centre of Excellence: AI Champions in every department, training their teams.
I've written national policy and curriculum, and the bylaws and manuals organisations run on. In your company, I'd work with your policy teams to align AI governance from the start.
Project lead on national curriculum frameworks for the UAE Ministry of Education, adopted across the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
I help chapters write and amend their bylaws, and my report flags gaps before each visit.
I help write the regional bylaws, and coordinate the FY27 to 29 Regional Officer Elections.
The playbook, checklists and templates chapters run on.
Sharing real use cases with teams and IT led to enterprise adoption and an AI policy. I assessed the AI risks for it, and run the rollout with a risk register.
